Information We Collect
Effective October 2, 2026. Starlight STEAM Academy, 385 Ivy Lane, Bergenfield, NJ 07621, operates this website. When a parent or guardian sends a Schedule a Tour inquiry, we receive the first name, email address, phone number, child’s age, preferred tour day or time, and any optional questions they provide. We also receive information sent to us by email or phone. Please avoid putting sensitive information about a child in the optional message field. This website does not accept online bookings or payments.
How We Use and Share Information
We use tour inquiries to reply, answer questions, and coordinate a visit. We do not add tour inquiries to marketing email or text lists. If you submit a lead form within a Google ad, Google provides that inquiry to us so we can respond. We do not sell inquiry information. Wix hosts our site and form, and our email provider delivers correspondence. These providers process information as needed to provide their services; we may also disclose information when required by law.
Our site uses Google Tag Manager and Google Ads tracking to measure page visits, tour inquiries, and phone interactions related to ads. These tools may use cookies or similar identifiers and receive browser, device, page, and ad interaction data. Your browser settings can limit cookies; Google also provides ad privacy controls. Tracking does not mean that a tour has been booked.
Retention, Your Choices, and Contact
Tour inquiries arrive in our business mailbox. We use them to respond and do not intentionally keep inquiry emails after they are handled. Wix may separately store form submissions, and Wix or email providers may retain technical copies or backups under their own practices. If you would like us to access, correct, or delete information we control, email info@starlightsteamacademy.com; we will respond and handle the request as applicable law permits or requires.
Our tour form is for parents and guardians, not children to submit themselves. We ask only for a child’s age to help discuss the appropriate program.
